really good location with great service
great location comfortable atmosphere really good service
i had a amazing time here the location is fantastic right in the city center close to transportation and shopping areas i loved the hotel's elegant style and comfortable atmosphere i felt relaxed immediately the staff provided really good service making me feel cared for the team at breakfast were so kind it was like home the breakfast was great with a wide choice of delicious food.
my room was a bit small the decor felt somewhat outdated it seemed more like a three-star hotel i was surprised by the size and how the room looked i had some trouble plugging in my electronics because of the room's layout the windows needed cleaning on the outside.

the king room had a spacious layout with a comfortable king-sized bed the bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub i also had a small seating area by the window.

the hotel provided prompt room service and addressed my requests quickly the concierge assisted me with local transportation and provided useful information the staff was very helpful i was able to get anything i needed.
