My stay at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok had its highs and lows. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. However, some amenities, like the pool, felt outdated and were not up to par. The breakfast was decent but not particularly exciting, and I hoped for a more varied selection each morning.

The location was fantastic, just steps away from major shopping malls and the BTS station. However, I had to have breakfast in the Grand Club lounge instead of the beautiful lobby, which was a bit disappointing, as the buffet there looked quite extensive. Overall, I would rate it an 8.
